Requirements for Driving License Attestation
1. Filled-in affidavit form (available in the website as well as in the High Commission)
2. Original Driving License issued by BRTA.
3. Two set of photocopy of driving license
4. Copy of passport of the applicant.
5. Applicant must be present at the time of submission
6. Fee
a. Urgent processing: B$ 30.00 (in 03 working days)
b. Normal processing: B$ 15.00 (in 07 working days)
6. Submission & collection time
a. Submission: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
b. Collection: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Requirements for authentication of marriage certificate
1. Original passports of the couple alongwith photocopy of the first four pages of the passports must be
submitted to the High Commission (original passport will be returned immediately after comparison
with the photocopy)
2. Original nikahnama authenticated by the authorized officer of the Bangladesh along with the photocopy .
3. Fee
a. Urgent processing – B$ 30.00 (within 03 working days)
b. Ordinary processing – B$ 15.00 (within 07 working days)
4. Submission & Collection Time (Except the month of Ramadan)
a. Submission : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
b. Collection : 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Requirements for attestation of documents
1. Documents originating in Bangladesh should first be notarized by a Bangladeshi Notary Public followed by
attestation by the authorized officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka before submitting to this
High Commission.
2. Documents originating in Brunei or any other foreign county have to be attested by the Foreign Ministry of
the concerned country before its submission to the High Commission for attestation.
3. Two sets of the same document to be attested (one set to be kept at the High Commission)
4. Applicant must be present at the time of submission
5. Fee
a. Urgent processing – B$ 30.00 each document (in 03 working days)
b. Normal processing – B$ 15.00 each document (in 07 working days)
6. Submission & collection time
a. Submission : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
b. Collection : 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Requirements for power of attorney
1. Two (02) copies of the document where the power of attorney will be rendered by the applicant
2. Original valid Bangladeshi passport and valid Work Permit/IC
3. The applicant must come personally for submission of the document and sign on it in presence
of the Consular Officer
4. Fee
a. Urgent processing: B$ 30.00 (3 working days)
b. Ordinary processing: B$ 15.00 (7 working days)

a. Submission: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
b. Collection: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
